Sarah graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Social Work, along with an Addictions Certificate. With professional experience in primary mental health treatment and substance abuse, Sarah is a Registered Social Work Intern with the Florida Department of Health. She has a personal connection to addiction, celebrating multiple years of sobriety. Skilled in various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Sarah views the transformation of clients as a personal journey. She strives to ignite and nurture a shift in mindset, emphasizing the importance of gratitude to enhance self-worth and overall well-being.
Family-oriented, Sarah enjoys spending time with their 9-year-old daughter, swimming in the ocean, exploring new restaurants, and cherishing moments with loved ones. Her strong commitment to helping others on their path to sobriety is evident in their work and personal mission.
